Honey-Glazed Turkey
No Thanksgiving feast is complete without a turkey, and our honey-glazed turkey recipe is sure to be a hit with your family and friends. The honey glaze adds a touch of sweetness to the savory turkey, making it a perfect centerpiece for your holiday meal.
Ingredients:
1 turkey (12-14 pounds)
1/2 cup Harrison Honey Farm honey
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Rinse turkey and pat dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, butter, orange juice, orange zest, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Brush honey mixture over turkey, making sure to coat evenly.
Roast turkey for 3-4 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Let turkey rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.
Honey-Glazed Carrots

Directions:

Ingredients:
1 pie crust
1 cup Harrison Honey Farm honey
3 eggs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, whisk together honey, eggs, butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
Stir in pecans.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until filling is set.
